Description

To provide construction, delivery, and installation of the Eisenhower Golf Course Stream Restoration Project. The project consists of the restoration of approximately 6,500 LF of stream channel at the Eisenhower Golf Course, located at 1576 Generals Highway, Crownsville, MD 21032. The stream restoration project will include but is not limited to the following: construction of 6,500 LF of stream restoration and floodplain wetlands, installation of wood and stone in-stream structures, demolition/removal of pavement and culverts, installation of pre-fabricated concrete boardwalk and associated abutments, piers and footings at stream crossings, installation of new culverts and pipes, construction of paved cart path segments ranging from 10 to 200 LF, seeding, sodding, installation of plants, floodplain grading, and installation and maintenance of sediment & erosion control measures during construction.
