Description

Plans call for the construction of homes. As of July 14, 2020, this project is pending homeowners or home builder purchase of lots along with approval from the city to convert the use to single family. Presently, no lots have been purchased. Information regarding the selection of an architect has not been released. Developer will likely be acting as General Contractor for this project.
