| Description | The scope of the site work include the following: All site demo of the existing building shall not be included, as this work is already complete. •All utilities that served the old building have been abandoned and shall be excluded. •Site water service shall be excluded. •Site sanitary shall be excluded. •Site gas service shall be excluded. •Site electrical service shall be excluded. This includes all underground conduit from the DLCO pole to the Building as well as all site lighting (poles & bases & “First Tee” welcome sign) •Foundation drain at the building footers shall be excluded. However, the site storm water contractor shall include connection from 5’ off the Building to complete the scope of work. •Concrete paving inside the Dumpster Enclosure & Mechanical Room shall be excluded. •E&S at building construction |
