Description

The project consists of work over summer break, including one-for-one Split A/C Systems and Wall-Mounted Package Units, as well as a new HVAC Management System, new Fire Alarm System and Phone/Intercom Upgrades. Additional scope of work includes daily/final cleaning, demolition, drywall patching, suspended/acoustical ceilings, paint patching, HVAC, parking lot patching in (3) locations of the north lot, vacuuming the storm system, sealcoating and restriping of same.
