| Description | 1. Remove and legally dispose of all existing hardwood flooring, underlayment and all other removed material and debris. 2. Remove/salvage baseboard and retain for reinstallation 3. Repair any damaged sections of existing subfloor 4. Install ½ plywood subfloor over the existing subfloor 5. Install moisture barrier underlayment on top of plywood subfloor 6. Install new laminate flooring such as Trafficmaster or equal in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. 7. Reinstall baseboard replacing damaged or missing sections as necessary 8. Patch and paint baseboard in kind 9. Leave room broom clean upon completion of floor installation 10. Contractor responsible for verifying all field dimensions and NSF prior to submitting proposals. |
