Non Profit and For Profit Contractors to Construct Affordable Housing at 3881 SW McCrory Street

The City of Port St. Lucie desires to obtain quotations from qualified individuals, firms, and legal entities that are registered as a Non-Profit 501(C)(3) corporation and For-Profit corporations relative to the construction of affordable housing at 3881 SW McCrory Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida. This project is federally funded through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). This project is to construct an affordable single-family residence at 3881 SW McCrory Street located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The single-family residence is to be 1,400 square feet under air with a 2-car garage equal to 400 square feet. The single-family residence is to be constructed in accordance with the 2019 New Construction Specification manual identified as Attachment A.
