project consisting of interior renovation of an existing town hall facility as needed for a new elevator addition and selective exterior improvements. 1. Architectural: Masonry addition and minor reconfiguration of interior layout as needed. New exterior siding, window replacement, color to match existing newer windows at south end. 2. Civil: Exterior work includes sitework, paving to comply with ADA accessible route. 3. Mechanical: New (4) stops elevator, new heat pump 4. Electrical: Provide power for new elevator and lighting, power for vestibules 5. Plumbing: New sump pump at elevator pit, provide new water service to accommodate future sprinkler service building. 6. Structural: New foundation and Hoistway walls for new elevator. New beams for new openings at lower level, 1st, and 2nd level. 7.
