Description

Ipswich Housing Authority is accepting proposals for Construction Managers at Risk from the highest ranking pre-qualified CMs for the construction of Agawam Village development. The Agawam Village development consists of a total of 7 residential wood frame buildings - 4 buildings are two story one and 3 buildings are townhouse style units of two, three and four bedrooms, total of 94 units. Over the years, the development has significantly deteriorated both at the interior and exterior. Construction of the development was completed in 1979 and the exteriors have a variety of siding types, including: brick veneer, vinyl and wood clapped siding, shingles and wood vertical board and batten siding.
