Project is put on hold. The work is estimated to cost $500,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 11/17/2023 at 10:00AM EST for general bids The project consists of: Remove bituminous asphalt, reconstruct bituminous walkways. Construct concrete sidewalks. Install pervious pavers, steps, railings, retaining wall, curbing, retaining seat walls. Construct custom benches, metal art carousal. Rehabilitate and customize existing boat with new platform. Install playground safety surface. Purchase and install child/adult swing set, benches, tables, playground site amenities, umbrellas, umbrella stands, smart charger bike. Regrade within limits of work, loam, seed, install plantings and trees. Grass and plantings shall be maintained and watered during construction and 3 years post substantial completion without use of municipal or onsite water source. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the IPSWICH HOUSING AUTHORITY.
