Dishman Auditorium Renovation

HUB Goal: 21.1% The Project involves a facility assessment of the Dishman Auditorium at the Dishman Art Museum Building in order to bring the auditorium to current code compliance (ADA/TAS and Building Code), replace the existing seating, flooring, repair and enhance all wall and ceiling systems such as the upgrade of the LED lighting system, IT/AV/Data systems and suspended linear HVAC diffusers of the auditorium. Additionally, this project includes work to address Zero Six recommended repairs (per report dated November 27, 2019) in the emergency exit staircase. This project has a limited time frame since the auditorium is used for academic and teaching purposes in addition to serving patrons at the art museum. Anticipated construction start will be mid-January 2021 with substantial completion targeted for mid-July 2021.
