1.1 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT: • Remove existing HVAC unit and install new rooftop HVAC unit of same brand and size. • Remove existing and install new HVAC controls. • Tie in electrical and gas for new unit. • Perform start-up and check for proper operation. 1.2 DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED: • Station St. Clair Shores’ rooftop HVAC unit known as RTU 2 is to be replaced with a new unit of same size and manufacturer. • Disposal of existing HVAC unit and associated debris from premises.
