54--Pre-Fabricated/Modular Office Structure

It is the intent of the 75th Ranger Regiment to install x1 modular/pre-fabricated office approximately 25 ft wide by 105 ft long with integrated heating and air conditioning (climate controlled). The structure will be independent of itself and will not rely on any existing structures for support/load bearing. If the structure comes equipped with its own flooring the floors must be capable of supporting the load of x12 full storage cabinets (30”x60”x96” each). The structure will integrate the necessary electrical outlets for x10 workstations. The structure will have the necessary lighting fixtures pre-installed/mounted throughout the interior to provide enough lumens for an office working space. The structure will need to be delivered ready to be connected to the existing warehouse’s power supply with its own independent electrical panel. The structure requires x5 rolling sheet doors lined with a PVC/Vinyl strip door curtain. In addition, x4 lockable doors will be required on opposite ends of the structure. The doors for the structure will need to be capable of supporting a cypher lock system. The structure will provide for 10 foot ceiling clearance throughout the interior.
