The general nature of the work on which bids are requested is: The reconstruction of S 16th Street and widening at the intersection of S 16th Street and S Duff Avenue. The reconstruction will include full storm sewer and water main adjustment. Other improvements will include trail reconstruction, sidewalk installation, and traffic signal improvements at the intersections of S Duff Ave/S 16th Street and S Grand Ave/S 16th Street.
