Knox County Community Health Center

A New Medical Facility, Knox County Community Health Center, 202 West Vine Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050. Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code 153.50(B) bids will be received for one General Contract covering all divisions of the work that will include general, plumbing, heating & ventilating, and electrical construction. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. State of Ohio prevailing wage rates apply. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
