| Description | 1. Each floor shall be wet grind with 50 and 100-grit metalic abrasives to remove ALL glue residue and expose fine salt and pepper aggregates. Then each floor shall be wet grind with 50, 100, 200, and 400-grit resin bond abrasives to produce a smooth satin finish on the bare concrete. 2. Floors must be allowed to dry completely then apply a 50% mix of Ameripolish black dye mixed with color solve. Once dry, apply a single application of Ameripolish 3D HS hardener/sealer. Allow floor to dry completely and seal with two coats of Ameripolish 3D SP. 3. City/Schools will supply a container to dump the grinding sludge into on site. |
