Description

The Work of the project includes the renovation of the Riviera utilities network room including systems and interior work. This includes but is not limited to the demolition of interior walls, floor covering, duct work and ceilings then finishing Gypsum up to the rated roof at approximately 11' with new flooring, fire security features and MEP Systems as outlined in the contract documents prepared by OTK Architecture LLC. The Contractor shall coordinate all details indicated to be compatible with the building systems and finishes.
