1. Re-route existing storm sewer such that it does not run under proposed modular building. Exact location of new storm sewer to be determined. 2. Relocate existing light pole to new location as shown per plans. Cap off any unused electrical wires if/as needed. 3. Existing grade to be modified at proposed site of new modular building. 4. Remove any existing trees & landscaping if/as necessary to accommodate installation of new modular building at proposed site. 5. Provide new water quality feature as required by the City of Atlanta. Exact location of new water quality structure to be determined. 6. Provide electrical service hook-up including feeders extending from existing electrical lines at surrounding buildings on property to proposed location of new modular building. 7. Provide and install new accessible ramp, stair(s), and general access to the building per ADA standards. If damage occurs, GC shall patch & repair any existing sidewalk and asphalt paving if/as required. 8. Provide water and sewer connections to site of proposed new modular building. Tie into existing water supply & sewage lines at existing adjacent buildings on property. Verify exact location of existing lines in the field. 9. Install pre-engineered modular building per manufacturer's installation criteria.
