High-speed rail service between the California High-Speed Rail project in the Antelope Valley to the Brightline project in Victorville. As of June 14, 2022, this project is currently in the planning stage. If this project becomes fully funded, it can be completed and in operation by 2028 for the Olympic Games. Information regarding a design team and a general contractor is not available. A firm construction start date has not been determined. *This project is included in the initial compilation of projects for consideration in Metro's Mobility Concept Plan in relation to the 2028 Olympics. This list has not been reviewed by the Games Mobility Executives.
