Snow Plowing Service to 15 Housing Developments in Mercer County. Snow Plowing Work Scope 1. Parking areas to be plowed when snow covers 2" or more. 2. Salt to be applied with plowing 3. Plowing to be done immediately when needed and completed within 24 hours 4. Plowing to be performed on weekends and Holidays when needed. 5. Contractor shall record and document all plowings. No verbal plowings will be paid. 6. Document Date, Time, Location, and Conditions, and Salt. 7. Contractor shall become familiar with snow pile areas, cubing, and traffic patterns. 8. Contractor shall supply all equipment, salt, and manpower for winter snow maintenance. 9. MCH shall not be responsible for damage to equipment used for plowing. 10. This contract has a one-year optional renewal after April 5th, 2020 to April 51b, 2021. 11. All plowing shall be professional, cautious to residents, and consistent to weather conditions. 12.
