Pre-Cast Concrete Dugouts

Supply and delivery of dugout units for this project only. The units will be installed by the owner's subcontractor. Requirements are as follows: Pre-cast Concrete building (6'-8" x 34'-0" x 9'-2") complete with the following: Interior building dimensions (6;-0" x 33'-8" x 8'-0" ceiling) The precast concrete buildings shall have 4" walls, 6"-4" sloped roof and 8" floor Building shall be casted as a modular prefabricated building complete with finishes as listed below CT PE Stamped structural drawings only Penetrations to be provided for incoming electrical and mechanical where required Third party certification (prior to shipping) 5,000 psi concrete (to be confirmed during design) Exterior Finish complete with the following: Exterior to be Architectural Smooth finish Walls will receive one (1) base coat of MasterSeal 581 and two (2) finish coats of MasterProtect HB400 (Color to be selected by owner from standard color chart) Roof will receive one (1) coat of Silicone primer and one (1) coat of Silicone roofing mastic (standard white) Interior Finish complete with the following: Interior walls and ceilings will receive one (1) base coat of MasterSeal 581 and two (2) finish coats of MasterProtect HB400 (Color to be selected by owner from standard color chart) Floors shall receive a broom finish with Vo-Comp 25 concrete sealer Each Dugout shall receive One (1) 15' players bench Wabash Valley model # SG430D Two (2) Lally columns concrete filled (Color to be selected by owner from standard color chart) Doors, frames and Hardware complete with the following: One (1) 3'-0" x 7'-0" 18 gauge galvanized steel door with stainless steel hinges. (Color by owner from standard color chart) One (1) 3'-0" x 7'-0" 16 gauge galvanized steel door frame (Color by owner from standard color chart) All required door weather-stripping, door sweeps, and thresholds complete One (1) Cylinder lockset with lever (All door hardware to be commercial grade) Mechanical complete with the following: Three (3) passive louvers Electrical complete with the following: Two (2) Vandal resistant LED fixtures with integrated motion sensors One (1) Vandal resistant LED fixture Two (2) Single pole toggle switches Two (2) 20A Weather resistant GFCI receptacles All interior conduit and wiring for power to install above listed equipment Conduit to be Schedule 40 PVC, wire to be stranded type THHN Site installation is as follows: Prior to delivery, contractor will issue as-built drawings to the Board (or its subcontractor) to confirm foundation footprint and location of utilities (penetrations) and confirm foundation (elevation, dimensions, etc.) are accurate prior to delivery Contractor will provide oversight of the rigging process (setting assistance) Contractor will complete a comprehensive review of the structure upon completion and complete necessary startup and commissioning
