Albany Division Bus Operations Center Expansion

This project involves the construction of a heated bus storage expansion and complete renovation of the existing articulated bus maintenance area at CDTA’s Albany Bus Division located at 110 Watervliet Avenue, Albany, NY. The entity chosen to conduct this work will require specific expertise and knowledge in the following areas: • General contractor with ability to complete and manage vertical construction and associated specialty work, including bus lifts and bus wash equipment • Site civil work including drainage, curb, concrete and pavement work

Division 31 -	Earthwork.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Sidewalks.
