Trade Estimate General Contract $149,936 Alternate 1 $7,000 This project is for the installation of a new modern vault restrooms for the new APV riding area at Pike State Forest. The new area is west of the existing riding area and across the highway. This new area provides parking, shelter and many new acres of APV riding area. The project is to install a new vault restroom for the APV users. The new facility shall be a modern, premanufactured packaged product meeting all current codes including advanced ventilation to reduce odor. Work includes purchase and installation of the vault and latrine facility, as well as miscellaneous site improvements
