Balmforth Avenue Sidewalks, Intersection and Related Improvements

The project includes substantial work on Balmforth Avenue and its Osbourne Street Intersection and all quantities are approximate. The project comprises generally all the labor, equipment, materials and all work necessary to sawcut, demolish and remove existing concrete sidewalks, and driveway aprons; and associated sawcut and remove existing road pavement; install new concrete sidewalk and some curb, concrete driveway aprons with haunch; concrete sidewalk (width varies); concrete curb, handicapped ramps, ADA tiles, turf establishment; remove tree stumps and fill hole; pavement for street and driveways, remove and reinstall traffic signs, to install new traffic signs, to provide testing of concrete; provide compaction testing of subbase; provide sedimentation and dust controls; to provide Maintenance and Protection of Traffic and construction signage; to provide temporary pedestrian ramps and sidewalks; provide pavement markings, traffic improvements and video detection and all other miscellaneous work related to the project.
