2019 CDBG Church Street Asphalt Milling and Repaving

The Scope of the project will be to mill and repave; add curb and gutter; replace sidewalks; and make storm drainage improvements along the entire length of Church Street and a portion of Pharr Road. Limits of work for Church Street extend along the entire length from Sanjo Street to McMillan Road. Limits of work for Pharr Road extend from the intersection of Church Street east towards Harbins Road to the low point in the road which will tie-in into improvements for Pharr Road under separate GADOT project along Harbins Road. Work along Church Street will include sawcut and removal of existing asphalt shoulder and sidewalk in order to install new 24” curb & gutter and 4’ wide concrete sidewalk. Width of proposed concrete sidewalk along the limits of Dacula First Baptist Church Cemetery varies from 3’ to 4’ wide due to close proximity of grave sites.
