Vault Restroom Cleaning PRRP 2019

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial services for the restrooms located at the seven designated angler-access parking areas. The restrooms shall be maintained in a clean, neat and sanitary condition and adequately stocked with toilet paper. The requirement is for cleaning only and does not include vault toilet pumping. The vault restrooms are CXT Inc. concrete buildings, which are self-contained toilets that do not require water, sewer, or electricity. Three of the angler-access areas; Jordanelle Access Site, Cottonwood Access Site, and River Road North Access Site are single stall (vault toilets), as shown in Figure 2. Four of the angler-access areas; River Road South Access Site, Midway Lane North Access Site, Midway Lane South Access Site, and Charleston Access Site have double stalls, or two separate stalls (vault toilets) as shown in Figure 3. There are a total of 11 stalls to be cleaned and each is approximately 6-foot 6-inches x 6-foot 6 inches in size.
