Estimates: General Trades Contract (G): $2,550,500 , Plumbing Contract (P): $8,500 , HVAC Contract (H): $154,000 , Electrical Contract (E): $67,000 All labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead for the Olympic & Paralympic Training Center Renovation Project at 196 Old Military Road, Lake Placid, NY, 12946 is a Dormitory a composed of four housing units, each separated by fire walls and egress Nodes. The work elements includes but not limited to the removal of the existing Dormitory building envelop elements, including but not limited to, exterior siding, associated flashings, soffit/eaves system, window systems and existing dormers; removal of existing vapor barrier and insulation systems, existing sidewalks and other elements as noted on the contract drawings. Provide all site work, excavation and grading for new ADA entrances including ADA door systems with electric operators, provide new exterior siding , windows , envelop system with roof ventilation replacement, gutters with down spouts and heat trace, new vapor barrier system with insulation and the replacement of existing bathroom mechanical ventilation systems. Provide domestic cold-water distribution improvements and LP gas system distribution system improvements. All work shall include coordination with the required Phasing Plans to maintain required occupancies and maintain full access to active Dormitory housing units via two Nodes and coordination with all other Prime Contracts and the Owner’s Security Contractor and final clean-up.
