The upgrades under consideration are enhancing existing crosswalks to curb bump outs and other minor improvements. This Project is Located in the Central New York Region and Includes the Following: Counties Cayuga Villages Moravia Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page.
