Description | The cities of Sioux City and Sergeant Bluff partnered in 2015 and had a feasibility study, as well as preliminary engineering, to determine and establish the Loess Hills Scenic Trail route. The trail segment would connect the Sergeant Bluff trail from Baker Park to the Sioux City limits and connecting trail to the Singing Hills Trail. The 8-foot trail will consist of 1.9 miles that will traverse through the scenic Loess Hills.
