RFQ - A/E On-Call Traffic Operations and Traffic Management Planning Services

Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for A&E On-Call Traffic Operations and Traffic Management Planning Services. The estimated contract amount is $8,800,000.00 - $14,300,000.00 22% DBE Participation Goal Required. Note: Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be submitted in writing to the attention of Araya Rabidoux at araya.rabidoux@dot.ca.gov. Questions must be received no later than seven (7) business days after the RFQ advertisement. Consultants contacting the District or Division directly seeking information about this RFQ will be disqualified from consideration in the selection process. The estimated contract term is three years and 6 months Interviews will be held via WebEx on April 21, 2022. Confirmation letters will be sent to those firms short-listed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
