Description

Proposals for firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the renovation of our existing City Hall, as well as the construction of a new multi-purpose Civic Center in the location where the previous Police Building is located on the same property. Both buildings are in the same location, located at 7286 Dietz Elkhorn, Fair Oaks Ranch, Tx 78015. Both buildings will be considered to be part of the same Project.
