Unlock all classrooms • Adjust HVAC to heat or cool the building accordingly • Stock and clean bathrooms • Empty classroom trash cans while students are at lunch • Clean cafeteria • Empty breakfast and lunch trash • Maintenance throughout the day, i.e. change light bulbs, replace ceiling tiles, unstop toilets, etc. • Minor repairs, i.e. leaky faucets, sinks, or toilets, etc. • Keep outside grounds presentable by picking up stray trash and debris • Set up and breakdown rooms for all school activities/programs • After school hours vacuumed, sweep and mopp in the entrance, hallways, restrooms, classrooms, offices, teacher’s lounge, cafeteria, gymnasium, & library • Remove all trash to dumpsters • Clean and polish all drinking fountains using appropriate chemicals • Window sill dusting • Thoroughly sanitize and wipe clean all toilets and urinals • Clean sanitize, and polish all sinks and fixtures • All soap, paper towel and toilet paper dispensers will be filled • Clean all mirrors • Spot clean all wall surfaces, doors, window sills and ledges, light switch plates, kick plates and adult desks • Damp clean all tables, chairs and cafeteria benches • Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows and setting the alarm • Wipe fingerprints off doors and door frames • Disinfect bathroom floors, walls, partitions and doors • Scrub classroom floors strip and wax end of year • Strip and wax hallway floors, lunch room The square footage is 36,327
