Elmside/Woodchase Path

Elmside/Woodchase Path project generally involves the following improvements along the East side of Elmside and Woodchase from approximately 3,000 linear feet South of Westpark to Westheimer: 1. Removal of existing sidewalks and ramps. 2. Proposed 8-feet wide concrete sidewalks and wheelchair ramps. 3. Adjust fire hydrants along project corridor. 4. Landscape improvements including but not limited to tree planting, irrigation system, site furnishings, and pedestrian lighting along the proposed path. 5. Traffic Signal upgrade at Westpark and Woodchase intersection. 6. New Traffic Signal at Elmside and Richmond intersection. 7. Reconstruction of pavement at the Elmside and Richmond intersection 8. Construction of 6 to 7-inch thick TxDOT Fast Track reinforced concrete driveways. 9. Adjust CenterPoint Street Lights as necessary.
