Description

Detail: The work of this Contract consists of repairing, recoating, and restriping the approximately 68,000 SF upper deck and ramp at the Issaquah Transit Center. Work will be performed at 1050 17th Ave NW, Issaquah, WA 98027. The work of this contract shall be completed by September 30, 2023. The Contractor shall: Block off and secure access to work areas for duration of work. Prepare and clean the concrete deck in work area, including removal of existing parking and traffic paint markings. Locate and repair all areas of exposed reinforcing steel or unsound concrete, assume 20 places, prior to MMA coating. Clean, and inject or rout cracks as required by manufacturer. Remove and replace existing caulking at construction joints. Furnish and apply MMA coating to entire top deck (fourth floor) and ramp down to third level. Furnish and install traffic paint markings to match existing markings, numbering, and layout on new MMA surface. Supply before and after pictures of the work areas. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $630,000 - $750,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
