An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated. The total contract term will be for a base period, and four, one-year option periods, which shall not exceed sixty months. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, qualified personnel, and other items necessary to provide personnel support related to construction management, engineering, planning and administrative support services. The work will be located primarily in Hampton Roads Virginia location, additional locations within the Mid-Atlantic Area of Responsibility (AOR), including: North Carolina, South Carolina, Maine, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey and Indiana may also be considered. General Work Requirements: The Contractor shall plan and schedule work to assure completion of all personnel support tasks to complete work requirements within the specified time limits and in conformance with the quality standards. The contractor shall also: Provide experienced, qualified, and capable personnel to support engineering design. Some personnel may be required to have degrees from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) university or an architecture degree from a National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) accredited university or a degree in construction management or an engineering technology degree from a four-year Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) university. Provide personnel knowledgeable of all safety and environmental requirements associated with completing Capital Improvement projects. Maintain a Secret Clearance Level and provide personnel with Secret Clearances or lower clearance levels, when applicable.
