Pavilion at Nicholas County High School

The construction of a Pavilion at Nicholas County High School. Excavate the area to a flat location for the pavilion. The pavilion shall be about 30 feet by 68 feet. The cement pad shall be brush finished and scored. The pad will need wire in the cement and gravel below that for drainage. The pad will need to be 3.5 - 4.0 thick and a base of 3 inches of gravel. Construct 2 sidewalks 4 feet wide from parking lot and from existing sidewalk into the pad with brush finish. The pavilion covering the cement shall be· 32 feet by 32 feet. The posts shall be constructed of 6 by 6 covered with a vinyl sleeve. The posts should be 4 foot center. The posts need Y bracing. The posts shall be outside of the pad. The rim joist shall be made of 2 by 10. There needs to be a board on the bottom of the rim joist and top. The joist shall be covered with aluminum fascia. The roof trusses should be made of 2 by 6 on 16 inch centers. The sheeting is made of 5/8 inch plywood. The underlayment should be made of titanium and then blue metal on the roof. Drip edges will added and gutters. The gables shall have tan / almond vinyl siding with vinyl soffit and aluminum fascia.
