| Description | The Project consists of one (1) Base Bid and one (1) Alternate Bid. The Base Bid includes milling and paving of various roads in the City of Garfield. Work shall also include construction of accessible curb ramps, full depth pavement repair, concrete curb replacement, upgrading inlets with bicycle safe grates and eco curb pieces, and all other improvements depicted within the contract documents. The Alternate Bid consists of work of the same scope as the base bid with additional drainage improvements, including installation of stormwater structures and pipe as directed in the field. |
