Warren County Voter Registrar Renovation

The Work generally consists of the renovation of two areas of the Health and Human Services Complex including demolition; new walls and partitions; new doors and frames; new HVAC, lighting, and power; new plumbing fixtures, new ceilings, and new floor finishes. Exterior improvements include the replacement of windows and construction of pre-engineered walkway canopy, sidewalks, signage, curb and gutter, and five parking spaces. The approximate area of the renovation for the Voter Registrar is 4500 square feet including approximately 4000 square feet of office area and 500 square feet of toilet rooms. The approximate area of the renovation for the Special Services and Non-Traditional Programs for Warren County Public Schools is 6800 square feet including approximately 6200 square feet of office and classroom area and 600 square feet of toilet rooms.
