| Description | Reclamation of asphalt pavement with cement stabilization. Pulverize to a depth of 9”; remove and dispose of 3” of material; mix in cement stabilizer at a rate of 42 lbs./sy.; hydrate and compact. Contractor is responsible for all aspects of disposal of material. Contractor’s submittal must include re-grading of areas with poor drainage. On the stabilized subbase described above, import and install should be based on Type-D HMAC surface at a depth of 3”. |
