Description

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County to select a qualified firm for the Utilities Upgrades & Site Improvement Project Phase 2 as more fully set forth below and in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The successful firm shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and other resources as required for this project. The Project generally consists of the following: * Stream Restoration, Storm Water Management (SWM) Improvements, Walkway & Pedestrian Bridge * Utility Tunnel Repairs * Domestic Water Main Refurbishment * Lighting Upgrades
