Description	The Contractor shall perform professional hydrographic surveying services work. The tasks include, but are not limited to the following: A. Cross-section surveys, or topographic surveys, of the river channel and floodplains; B. Collection and laboratory analysis of river bed samples, floodplain soil samples, or suspended sediment samples; C. Discharge measurements, velocity measurements, water surface elevation measurements, and roughness calibrations; D. Scour measurements, and bank erosion measurements; E. Bed form surveys and bed load measurements; F. Collection of water quality samples; G. Collection of groundwater parameters. H. Other work may include hydraulic engineering design, general engineering design, and environmental services.
