Chaghache Daycare Facility Improvements

White Mountain Apache Tribe is soliciting proposals from licensed and insured Contractors for renovations, improvements and remediation at the Chaghache Daycare Facility HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL STORAGE 1. Supply adequate storage for hazardous chemicals. (cabinet type) CHAIN LINK FENCING AND ASSOCIATED GATES 1. Removal and replacement of chain link fencing and associated gates. 2. Fencing is to be 6 ft. high. 3. Provide isolated, anti-climb fencing/gate with privacy slats around existing propane tank. 6 ft tall. 4. Provide dedicated fencing/cage around water meter. 6ft tall. ADA ACCESS RAMP 1. Provide ADA accessible ramp at sidewalk. 2. Provide dedicated ADA gate at sidewalk. 3. Provide ADA parking lot striping leading to ADA Ramp. PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT. 1. Demo existing gazebo. 2. Provide French drain to detour water from play area extending to curb. 3. Remove and replace sandbox area with circular style form and new sand. 4. Remove and relocate clothesline outside of playground area. 5. Clear entire playground area of old fencing, rebar and old concrete footing debris. CAMERAS AND ACCESS 1. Provide a recorded camera system. 2. Provide a controlled access zone in the front entryway.
