Tower Oaks Two-Thirds Project

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor for the upgrading of the Tower Oaks Subdivision, located in Section 31, Township 2N, Range 1W, to Leon County Standards. Work shall include but not be limited to: removal and replacement of approximately 800 feet of existing stormwater piping, milling, resurfacing of the road ways, replacement of the stormwater pond sand filters, and miscellaneous sidewalk and driveway work, in accordance with Attachment A - Construction Plans, Attachment B - Geotechnical Report, Attachment C - Conflict Matrix, Attachment D - Summary of Pay Items and Attachment E - Leon County Supplemental Technical Specifications. The subdivision is currently private but will be accepted by the County for future maintenance once the improvements are completed.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Storm Drainage Structures.
