As of January 5, 2024, an award has been made to the Potrero Neighborhood Collective, LLC (PNC) as lead developer. An architect and construction managers have been identified. The project is currently in the Environmental Review stage. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined, however construction is anticipated from 2024 to 2027. The City and County of San Francisco (City), acting by and through the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is pleased to present these Instructions to Proposers (ITP) as part of the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP seeks competitive Proposals to design, build, finance, and maintain the proposed Potrero Yard Modernization Project (Project) through a joint-development project delivery method. As currently envisioned, the Project would include the construction of a modern bus maintenance and storage facility together with a multifamily residential and commercial project at 2500 Mariposa between 17th, Bryant and Hampshire Streets in the City (Assessor's Parcel Number 3971-001, the Project Site). Anticipated selection of Preferred Proposer Expected no later than October 30, 2021 No Pre-Proposal Meeting. City to issue final Addendum to the RFP, inc. response to RFC's on the 3rd round of One-on-One Meetings and the final form of the PDA August 6, 2021 Proposers are responsible for reviewing all portions of this RFP, including any and all addenda and appendices. Proposers are to promptly notify the City, in writing, upon discovery of any ambiguity, discrepancy, omission, or other errors in the RFP. The Project Site, located at 2500 Mariposa Street in San Francisco, is owned by the City and County of San Francisco under the jurisdiction of the SFMTA.
