2023 Parking Lot Main- tenance project

NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR VILLAGE OF SOUTH BARRINGTON 2023 PARKING LOTS The 2023 Parking Lot Main- tenance project consists of furnishing materials and services necessary to com- plete the repair, milling, patching, resurfacing, crack sealing and seal coat- ing maintenance activities of three (3) publicly-owned Village parking lots within the Village of South Barring- ton, Illinois. Furthermore, this project generally con- sists of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Removal, Class D Patches, Hot Mix Asphalt Surface and Binder Course Pavement, Crack Sealing and Seal Coating of three (3) existing Municipal Parking Lots. The completion date of the project is August 25, 2023. The project also includes an option for an additional an- nual contract extension for future work. As part of the annual Contract extension both par- ties mutually agree and ac- cept the conditions as stated within the original Contract, with an increase in the unit prices as allowed under the C Documents are available in person only.
