The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals to provide Control Valve Replacement at 3B Tank Facility. Remove and dispose existing equipment listed in section 21 and furnish, deliver and install one (1) new electronic flow control combination altitude/back pressure valve with an electronic controller, sensing line, connection fittings and all electrical work and materials needed to provide completely functional equipment at the location
