Construction Manager - Lockhart Middle School Mechanical (HVAC) Capital Renewal Project

Major elements of the project include: 1. A HVAC Capital Renewal project for: Lockhart MS located at 650 E. River Falcons Way, Orlando, FL 32833. 2. Renovation of the campus heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system, including renovation of the building air distribution system; a new building automation system; conversion of building 400 to a chilled water system connected to the central energy plant (CEP); replacement of mechanical equipment (including but not limited to chillers, pumps and VFDs) and piping at the central energy plant (CEP) and reconfiguring piping to a variable primary system; and a new pump house shelter. Replacement of a campus lift station is also included.
