Description

Provide all labor, equipment, supplies, supervision, and materials required to perform window-cleaning services. 1. Building windows, frames, and sills shall be clean and clear, free of all but not limited to dirt, grime, cobwebs, bee’s nests, streaks and film. 2. All Contractor equipment and practices should comply with all applicable EPA and OSHA rules and regulations. 3. The Contractor is responsible for choosing equipment, environmentally safe chemicals and practices that will not damage the buildings being cleaned. 4. The Contractor is responsible for any damages to the buildings/grounds resulting from the scope of work.
