The COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, herein called County, invites sealed bids for the: Perris Coroner Morgue Refrigeration System Walk-In-Cooler Replacement Project The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities and other required items necessary to complete the following work in strict accordance with all of the Contract Documents: SITE: Coroner West 800 S. Redlands Ave Perris, CA 92570 ESTIMATED PROJECT COST: $150,000 to $185,000. Provide and install two (2) independent similar refrigeration systems for morgue walk-in refrigerator room. Each system shall be able to handle full-load walk-in capacity. Second system works as a redundant 100% backup and operates in a lead-lag manner per a newly installed programmable logic controller (PLC) or similar capable industry standard controller.
