Work of the Project includes construction of a new elevator, pit, shaft, enclosure finish with equipment room at existing school building, and miscellaneous paving modifications for accessibility compliance, including but not limited to: 1. Site grading and drainage (ALTERNATE ONE) 2. Site paving (ALTERNATE ONE) 3. Utilities 4. Elevator pit, concrete and slab 5. Waterproofing of pit and foundation 6. Steel sheave beam and steel lintels 7. Various finishes and specialties 8. SBS modified bitumen roofing on metal deck 9. Standing seam roof to match existing. 10.
