CCC Placer Center: CAB and CMD Building Improvements

FLOOR - Remove existing base and flooring down to substrate, making needed repairs, patching, or replacement to ensure a sound substrate for new flooring installation following manufacturers instructions. Install (equal to or better than) Armstrong Imperial Texture Standard Excelon, #51938 Willow Green and #51904 Sterling in a checkerboard pattern. The new wall base will be ROPPE #177 Steel Blue. The area includes a hallway and five adjacent offices and will be designated on a floor plan provided during pre-bid job walk.
